Beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable venue, absolutely perfect location close to the harbour for boat sightseeing and the mountains as well as restaurants, appreciated our stay. It was reasonably large, good-sized and with a private bathroom including a toilet.

The location brings you close to the heart of the city. The room offers a sink, a useful perk in a budget setup.
Check-in lacks clarity. There were no instructions about the shared shower. The bathroom situation is less than desirable, cleaned only once a day. Fresh towels were not provided despite requests. On top of that, there was no front desk service, made resolving any issues problematic. They also failed to deliver promised amenities like the visitor pass, impacting our ability to navigate the area.

During a short family stay, I found the room clean and well-equipped, which was a pleasant surprise for the price. It was nice having a sink in our room and access to a shared shower. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Lake Lucerne and the stunning Old Town area where you can easily explore local attractions like the Jesuit Church and the Lion Monument. The accommodations met all our basic needs perfectly, and the staff was accommodating when we needed them. A great experience!

Perfect spot in the heart of Lucerne!
We just loved staying here! The bed was so massive and comfy, and having a sink in our room was super handy. The bathroom was always clean. We grabbed some yummy vegan momos at the restaurant downstairs. Just wish the shared areas were a bit bigger. Still, can't wait to come back!

Couple's cozy getaway
The hosts were very cute and sweet. Enjoyed the Vegan Momos downstairs, they were just amazing!
Wasn't the cheapest option, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

During the stay, thesuper clean and cozy room offered amenities such as a fridge and a fan. Fresh, fluffy towels added to the pleasant experience, while the hosts were great. The lack of dining options and limited common area could be improved. Conveniently located, getting to transportation hubs and nearby attractions was easy.
